Terms of Service
1. Scope of Application
These terms of service apply to all products and services offered by the online store.
By using the online store, the customer agrees to abide by these terms.
2. Service Content
The online store offers animal feed and related products.
We reserve the right to change the product selection, prices, and service content at any time.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
the accuracy of the information they provide,
ensuring that the ordered products are suitable for their intended use,
proper storage and use of the products.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use or storage of the product.
4. Orders and Formation of Contract
A binding sales agreement is formed when the customer has:
placed an order in the online store, and
completed payment.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example, in situations of availability or pricing errors.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days from order processing, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
7. Returns and Refunds
Separate delivery and return terms apply to returns and refunds.
Key principles:
opened food products are not eligible for return,
discounted products are not eligible for return or refund,
returns are only accepted for unopened and re-saleable products,
for pallet orders, only one package may be opened.
8. Best Before Dates
Products nearing their best-before date may be sold at a reduced price, clearly marked.
If a customer receives a product whose best-before date has already expired at the time of delivery, the customer has the right to receive a new equivalent product once the date has been verified.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
indirect or consequential damages,
delays or damages caused by force majeure,
damages resulting from incorrect use or storage of products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, unless mandatory legislation dictates otherwise.
10. Service Interruption and Changes
We reserve the right to interrupt or modify the service at any time without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the online store (texts, images, brand, materials) is the property of the service provider.
Copying or using content without permission is prohibited.
12. Prohibition of Resale
Purchasing products for resale purposes without separate written permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to:
cancel an order if we suspect products are being acquired for resale without permission,
limit or prevent future customer orders.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of service are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
Consumers have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
